Ibought some Dragon Fruit the other day at a local fruit market in the Ximen area. This is a picture of how it was prepared. This was my first time eating Drgon Fruit and I was quite surprised at the texture. Very mellow and soft-like. A baby could digest a tiny portion in its mouth its so fragile.
